Professional Maintenance Services Group is a service company that is seeking a full-time receptionist for its administrative office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls: This can involve taking messages or directing calls to appropriate personnel, and even directly answering general questions from clients, customers, and others.
Schedule clients and customers: Responsible for scheduling services for clients and customers.
Receive visitors: Responsible for assisting with clients’ needs
Collect information: Gather details of contact information from clients and details of service required.
Respond to incoming mail: This includes both email and paper mail.
Secretarial Duties: Filing correspondence and documents. Assist with keeping the office organized and maintaining the stock of supplies.
Education, Training & Certification:
Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are an asset.
Experience: Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs, knowledge of QuickBooks and KickServ would be an asset.
