PMSG will source; deliver; install; repair; and maintain all commercial kitchen equipment. All parts are sourced and expressed to ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.
We provide a 24-hour Emergency Service.
We also provide preventative service for our clients: monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, annually, as required. Preventative service is primarily recommended as a measure to maintain the performance, life, and safety of your appliances. It consists of the following:
Cook line: Grills, Ranges, Cook Tops, Steamers, etc.
- Complete inspection with a report
- Calibrate gas valve, oven, and burners
- Check for gas lines & hoses for leaks
- Complete program diagnostic check for proper operation
- Check for corrosion
Cooler/freezer/Ice maker:
- Change filter every 6 months
- Check and calibrate temperature
- Clean evaporator coils
- Check and inspect condenser
- Complete diagnostic check for proper operation
Dishwasher & Hot Water Booster:
- Complete inspection and assessment with report
- Calibrate wash & rinse temperature to the required recommended temperature
- Clean the interior infrastructure by descaling the unit
- Assess motor seals, solenoid valves, vacuum breaker
- Clean the washer & rinse arms
- Insect the electrical control box for corrosion and damage
- Lubricate the necessary shafts & gears
- Calibrate & verify proper temperature control high limits and thermostats
- Inspect plumbing for leaks

Laundry Washer:
- Complete inspection with report
- Check wash-machine cycle
- Lubricate equipment
- Clean internal Drains system
- Inspect Electrical and Plumbing System
- Calibrate Wash programs
- Calibrate temperatures Water Heater/Booster
- Check water leaks and small damages
- Provide quote to replace Equipment
In instances where problems are identified the customer will be notified and a quote prepared for review.
